entry number eighteen.
Internet is getting
more useful by the minute! My brother is playing in the Swedish masterships
in chess right now, and for the first time it is possible to follow the
games played live via Internet.
Live chess is really not for the impatient. You'd rather have a lot of
time, a nice beer, and preferably good weather and a nice balcony to view
it from :)
The chess tournament runs for another week. My brother Jan is currently
on fourth place and the games can be viewed every day CET 15:00 via the
portal at http://www.schacksm.msp.se/live/(he
plays in "Mästare Elit").

Web blog entry number seventeen.
Back in Finland again after 2 weeks in Sweden. As usual, vacation meant a lot of nice food and relaxed days in the sun. New for this year was that I brought some prime swedish fat with me on my stomack. I gained 3 kilos during these weeks. 3 kilos!!! How is that even possible?
I realize that I am becoming a mobile fat container, and I realize that its purely because of bad design. The same happened to my father in the same age. Why is that so? Is it so that nature think that we men over 35 by some reason need more stored fat? Are we supposed to go to sleep during the winter or something?
Since my workfriends were very kind in remembering our little girl with this valuable gift, I give you the Finnish Freya! She looks cute doesn't she? In fact, after this I really believe she looks cute in *anything* :) Thanks again for remembering her, but I bet you 5 to 1 that she's even cuter in swedish colors! Web blog entry number sixteen.
Now its only 17 years and 10 months
and 3 weeks left until Freya is off my responsibility! Until then I will keep
trying with all means to get value back for the effort I spend on her. She
believes she is cuter than me so I had to make a picture to prove her wrong.
Look, photo evidence - I am indeed still the cutest in the kingdom.

I weigh 82.4 kilos. Whaooo! Its so much of me. Fantastic. I have never been
this much. Where is my bike? Where is my motivation 0700 in the mornings?
And where did I put that beer?
